Education is the key to a successful enrollment. We provide several methods to communicate benefits (Digital, Text, Zoom meetings, PDF files) before the open enrollment experience. Our goal is to eliminate any type of surprises during open enrollment.
Assessing Need
Each client is unique and with our years of experience in the industry we won't settle for a one size fits all approach. We prepare for each enrollment using a streamlined consultative process which analyzes the enrollment landscape, time frame, industry type, employee count, education process, hours of operation and benefits to be enrolled. With these parameters we're able to create a well thought out enrollment.

We provide employers several options to enroll their employees into benefits: Face to Face, Call Center, Online Enrollments and Co-Browsing.

Technology has become mainstream in benefit enrollments. Our technology platform is state of the art and provides all of the necessary functions to complete multiple open enrollments.
Voluntary Benefits Administration
Worksite Consultants will analyze the employee feedback and provide a written recommendation identifying appropriate voluntary programs based on employee preferences and the employer's goals and benefits philosophy. Professional training staff is provided to come on site and conduct the focus group meetings. Client participation in the meetings is encouraged but not required.
