  • Our Face to Face enrollment team is built on experience and service. All of United Enroll's representatives are highly trained licensed agents with years of experience in customer service and the employee benefits industry.  


  • Employees have the ability to meet with one of our enrollment team members in person to go over the different benefits offered by their company.  This personal interaction between the employee and our team member  provides an added level of comfort.  Employees make better benefits decisions when they are able to ask questions related to themselves or their families needs.

  • Our call center team is also built on experience and service. All of United Enroll's call center representatives are highly trained licensed agents with years of experience in customer service and employee benefits.  Our goal for all employee-team member interactions is to create the atmosphere of trust and  comfort that is a result of being able to ask and have personal questions answered. 


  • United Enroll's call center offers both outbound and inbound benefit enrollment services.  Each client will have custom calling hours designed to fit their employees' needs. 


  • Employees can schedule appointments at a convenient time with one of our expert benefit counselors through a variety of technological methods including: text appointments, online calendar links or calling. All of United Enroll's calls are recorded,  HIPAA compliant and frequently reviewed to improve and enhance the employee experience.

  •   With our self-enroll benefits administration platform, employees now have the option to enroll online.  The Self-Enroll feature will provide each employee with a secure link to the benefits portal. Here they can easily enroll in the company benefit programs.  If an employee has any questions, they can click on the service center link to schedule a call with one of our highly trained licensed team members.
